QC inspection --- finished product sampling inspection & large batch sampling inspection before delivery.
THESE FOUR ASSURANCE BSECURITY OUR PRODUSTS' QUALITY
FIRST ------Quality assurance of raw materials:
Send our materials detailed requirement files to our suppliers, they make fabric, zippers,logos etc. exactly according to files.
SECOND------Quality assurance of accessories:
send the materials to third party testing organization , confirm mateirals purchasing if their test pass, or our suppliers will remake the materials.
THIRD-------Quality assurance of process:
1. Confirm the first sample with clients
2. workshop QC will inspect every details in the process of manufacturing, if there is any problems happen, QC will report it to the team leader at once;
3. Confirm the package. Any problems, QC will report it to the team leader at once;
4. Spot-check the mass production. Before shipping, QC leader will spot-check the mass production (no less than 30%) and fill in the report forms. If the products were unqualified, they could not be shipped until the result of rechecking is 0k.
